The best way for me to describe myself would be to say that I am a person of multiple faces and facets, not as a matter of deception, but as a matter of passion. To wit, I live contentedly basking in the joys of many things that life has to offer and letting them all become a part of my spirit, and as a result, I am always finding new and curious parts of myself that I express in all different ways. I show not just one color, but many, and all of them I show brightly.

One such facet of myself that became apparent relatively recently in my life is the devotion to nature and the magic therein, which became the inspiration for this blog. A couple years ago, I experienced a shift in my spirituality and my perceptions of the world as a whole. I felt a deep and compelling connection forming to the earth and all of its intricacies which has never truly subsided since. I truly believe that Gaia — this world, and all the spiritual and physical elements within it, is enchanted with a magic, beauty, and elegance sometimes so subtle it cannot be seen at all, only felt, and other times so expansive and profound that it overwhelms the senses. The purpose of this blog is to express my appreciation for the phenomenon of this enchanted Gaia, and share it with all who wish to join me on the journey.
